Boutique Hotel St. Georg Ferienwohnung

This small Swiss village is ideal for a quiet stay, with everything within walking distance. The hotel itself is quaint, clean, and quiet, with friendly staff and excellent, healthy food.

The breakfast was the highlight: eggs from a local farmer, very fresh bread and charcuterie, and delicious cappuccinos. After several hotels on our tour, this one really stood out. The rooms were spotless, the setting was beautiful, and I loved that each side of the bed had its own duvet. I stayed two nights with an EF Tours group, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially with a group of 17 and 18 year-olds. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We were part of a high school European tour with 45 people, and the rooms suited our needs perfectly. The location was beautiful and just right, and the staff were helpful and flexible. Thanks for a great experience.

We had a nice stay overall, though two things got in the way. There was no kettle in the room, and none was available when I asked. At the very least, I expected a cup of hot water, but that wasn't provided either. The elevator was also out of order, leaving us to choose between carrying all our heavy luggage up to the third floor on the stairs or going around to the backyard and using the outside staff elevator. The hotel is a good choice for one night: simple, elegant, freshly renovated, and right on the central street facing Kloster Einsideln, about a minute's walk away. Breakfast makes a nice use of high-quality local produce, with eggs, cheese, and sausage from neighboring businesses.
