The balcony views are incredible, so I'd definitely book a room with one. My partner and I had a lovely stay, with outstanding staff who were friendly, helpful, and charming. Breakfast was excellent and the service lovely. We had dinner there one night too, and it was delicious. We'll stay here again next time we're in the region.

The view is really nice, and the castle right beside the hotel is free to visit at any time. Seeing it at night is a must. It's a lovely place, though about a 20-minute walk from the train station, and worth the trip. The staff were so kind and helpful that they cooked for us even though the restaurant was meant to be closed. The place was quite clean overall. The mattress was a little soft, in my opinion, though it was in good condition.

The owners made us feel like family, and the food was truly authentic Swiss. It's a family-friendly place with beautiful views and, for me, the best spot in Switzerland to relax. I can't wait to stay again.

I got lost trying to find the place, so I called the owner. He came to pick me up in the middle of a rainstorm, really going out of his way to help. Breakfast was served at my own table rather than as a buffet, with everything I could want already there when I came downstairs.

The waitress suggested the Wildpfeffer, and wow, it was so good! The place is way out of my way, but I'd make the trip again just for that meal. The staff are super friendly too.
