YOTEL Geneva Lake

Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of fresh, high-quality choices for different tastes. The common spaces and rooms were clean, modern and thoughtfully set up, and the amenities were excellent and well maintained. What made the stay feel especially welcoming was the staff, who were friendly, professional and always ready to help with a genuine smile. I was very satisfied and would happily stay again. It's a fantastic hotel with a great atmosphere and service, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The shuttle to and from the airport was genuinely useful and made travelling much less stressful. I only wish it ran from 11am to 6pm too, since that midday gap seems unnecessary for people with awkward flight times or layovers. The room had a couple of annoyances: our EU plug adapter didn't fit the socket properly, which is frustrating in a Swiss hotel where plenty of guests will need one. The USB 2.0 charging ports work, but feel dated now, and USB Type C would be a big improvement. Still, YOTEL Geneva is modern, sleek, spotless and well looked after, with the efficient, comfortable feel you'd want from an airport hotel. Very convenient, and I'd stay again, with the right charger next time.

I loved the restaurant, especially the local dishes and wines. The staff were consistently attentive without going overboard, and they could explain the menu and suggest what to eat or drink. The hotel is modern and clean, with attentive service from the team. Its countryside setting is beautiful and quiet, away from the bustle of nearby towns, though only a short drive from the airport. It's a hidden gem for corporate travellers, with meeting rooms in different sizes and a rooftop terrace you can hire when the weather warms up. The views over the fields to the distant mountains are hard to beat. This was my first visit, but it won't be my last. I can't wait to return.

A lovely modern hotel with nice, though small, rooms. The shower and toilet have a glass panel between them. There's no kettle or coffee setup in the room, and although there's a kettle downstairs, you have to fill it in the toilet. Bring your own teabags and milk. The restaurant next door is nice and has friendly staff, though tea costs £6. Overall, I liked the place and would go again.
