We were eight, and every night during our first week of December 2022 stay, the hot water ran out in the cold winter. There are two water storage heaters in the apartment, but we found that only one had been switched on. The website says the apartment can accommodate ten people, but it doesn't seem able to provide ten people with hot water for winter baths. If your group has more than six, think carefully before booking. We're still upset that this made our time in Grindelwald so “memorable”.

This was my fourth time with GriwaRent, and my stays in Grindelwald are always special and amazing. The ladies are friendly and so supportive. The flats and Chalets are clean and well equipped. Loved every moment, and I can't wait to come back ❤️
