Bernerhof Residence

Great location, and the host was attentive.

We paid 3000 euros for six days in an apartment with no services, which hardly felt like a bargain. We’re ending our vacation early because we no longer feel comfortable there, and I wouldn’t recommend it for families. There are long-term tenants below the vacation apartment who are extremely sensitive. They accused us of moving furniture late at night, but that never happened. My 80-year-old father and my three children had arrived. My daughter lost a bandage, which fell onto the neighbors’ balcony. They also complained about a two-centimeter piece of plaster on the stairs. The stairwell handrail is improperly installed on both the ground floor and third floor. The drill holes are large, and the plaster is crumbling away from the wall. I’m sending photos. My father and four-year-old daughter need to hold the rail on the three flights of stairs, so it’s understandable that some plaster might come loose.
