The buffet breakfast was lovely, with plenty of local produce. The views were lovely too, and the hotel is near the train station and town. Just note that the walk into town or to the station is a steep incline, especially with luggage.

The rooms were quiet and comfortable, and the train station and cable car terminal were only a short walk away. The view is like no other.

The mountain views from our room and the gardens made the walk from the station worthwhile. It took about ten minutes, but was manageable. We had a very comfortable stay, with kind, welcoming staff and excellent service. Breakfast was delicious, and when we had to leave early, they packed us tasty sandwiches and juice.

My cousin and I stayed here in winter and had a great time. Our room was spacious, the views were incredible, and we could see Eiger from the balcony. The staff were kind and helpful too. We'd recommend it!
