The setting around Chalet Caroline in Grindelwald is what stands out, with mountain views from the balcony and meadows nearby. In summer, it’s a good base for hiking, with trails for different abilities close by. The town center, restaurants, and shops are easy to reach, while the chalet still feels peaceful. Inside, it’s cozy, comfortable, and has a rustic alpine feel. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, the bedrooms are comfortable, and the large windows let you wake up to the scenery. A lovely place for exploring the Swiss Alps or simply having a quiet summer break.

The owner was responsible and quick to respond, and the location made it easy to walk into Grinderwald town. Inside, the place felt cozy and like home, even though we were far away. We loved the modern kitchen and how well equipped it was. The mountain views were gorgeous, with snow, rain, and sunshine all close by. Just got back from a wonderful stay with friends. Thank you!

We’ve come here with friends often, and it’s become our favorite hideaway in Grindelwald. The location works perfectly for an active holiday, in summer or winter.
