We had a magical, restful weekend in April at Chalet Heimat, and managed to experience all four seasons, from snow to sunbathing. The house made it even better, with cozy touches throughout, including the lighting, fireplace, piano, library, board games, and fondue and raclette sets. There was everything we might need for a stay in the Bernese Alps: a spacious, fully equipped living area and kitchen, plus an outdoor fire pit, hot tub, and loungers for sunbathing.

We spent almost a week here with two families of four, and the chalet looked just like its online pictures. The view was simply gorgeous. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals easily. Each bedroom had a double or queen bed and its own shower and toilet, almost like a mini suite. I'd highly recommend it.
