Panos and Korina cooked such high-quality food with immaculate preparation that I’ve never eaten so well. They were friendly, professional, and did everything they could to make our experience special. We also loved the Glacier Express train, the Gornergrat train, the skiing, the views, and the shops around Zermatt. Our family spent a week in Chalet Pollux, provided by Mountain Exposure, just in the shadow of the Matterhorn. Before we arrived, Jacob handled all our questions promptly and consistently. He coordinated our arrival with Korina, meeting us at the train to help with our luggage and get us to the chalet. Korina and Panos looked after the cooking and concierge service, while Jacob also guided the family skiing. It was a once-in-a-lifetime trip that we enjoyed immensely. Highly recommend Mountain Exposure!

For my first trip to Zermatt, Studio Venus was just as pictured and a great experience. The bed and bedding were so comfortable, and I’d definitely come back. I was a little nervous booking because Mountain Exposure didn’t have many recent reviews, but communication was excellent. We emailed to add an extra day, which wasn’t available on the website, and got a quick yes. Check-in was easy too.

The extras were pricey, which is to be expected in Zermatt, but I think a mid-stay clean should come with the rental. Apart from that, Mountain Exposure gave us a very good experience. The team was helpful, communicated well, and responded quickly with plenty of advice and assistance before we travelled. I’d highly recommend them as a chalet agency in Zermatt.

We rented the Lodge chalet back in 2012 and thought it was amazing. There was loads of room, with plenty of space and bedrooms, and the views were out of this world. Having both an outdoor and indoor jacuzzi was perfect. Several bedrooms had remote-controlled sky view windows, and there was even a sauna inside the chalet.
