We were upgraded to a higher-category apartment with amazing Matterhorn views. Geraldine, Melanie and the chef went out of their way to make everything special, including accommodating our Jain food requests and arranging something for my wife’s birthday. We’d highly recommend it.

We were six, including two seniors and two children under seven, and the stay worked out better than we could have hoped. The location, accommodations and staff were all lovely, and the staff were especially great.

The apartment was spacious and clean, with a spectacular view of the Matterhorn. We were on our honeymoon, and the staff surprised us with breakfast and helped us find things to see in Zermatt. From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm, welcoming and friendly. I’m truly speechless about this hotel and would recommend it to anyone.

Our young family loved it here. The kids enjoyed the pool and playroom, and the breakfast was amazing. We could cook for them in the evening and get them to bed, while still feeling like we were on holiday ourselves. The accommodation and staff were great. We’ll definitely come back.

The indoor heated pool was fantastic, and the staff looked after every need. We got a free upgrade to a huge, luxurious three-bedroom room with wooden furniture, all the equipment we needed, a large balcony and a direct Matterhorn view. A great place to stay in Zermatt.
