I booked this place in May and paid almost 2000USD, but they cancelled two days before my flight. I was meant to travel there with my family, including a young child. They held on to my money for three months, then refunded exactly the same amount, and haven’t responded since. This is a terrible host, with no shame about doing this to people.

The view is the only thing that deserves a star. Staff or owner couldn’t be reached, and there were virtually no basic necessities for the price. The sink leaked too. I’ve stayed in better, cheaper chalets. I don’t recommend it.

There was no internet connection, apparently because the owners hadn’t paid the bill and service had been suspended. We couldn’t find the owner or figure out which room was ours, so we had to guess and open a door that happened to be the right one. The room had dust, mould, and spider webs. Do not stay here.

A great view and a cozy, authentic chalet. It’s quiet despite being near the city center, and worked perfectly for our small family.

The mountain view was good, but the place was very dirty and old, and the staff were unfriendly.
