Breakfast in the living area was a highlight for me. It was comfortable and had that chalet feel. The rooms were lovely, clean, and cosy. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

The views made the stay worth it, even though the main promenade is a bit far away. We loved this cosy B&B home cum hotel and its scenic setting.

The burger lady was kind and polite, and her mobile burger stand is a great quick bite since there’s nothing available at the hotel. Shops are about a 10 minute walk away, though you can call a taxi. The coffee was good, but breakfast itself was basic. Wi-Fi only works in the breakfast room, and customer service was limited.

Family Galanakis gave us top service, and we’re grateful for everything. The Hotel Bellerive has a traditional Swiss chalet look outside, while the rooms inside are modern, luxurious, and have a Swiss touch. A beautiful hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone hoping for an unforgettable time in Gstaad.

We paid CHF 225 for a two person room in the off season, which is unacceptable given the very poor service. The staff were rude and impolite. There’s no bus stop outside the hotel, and they don’t offer a shuttle either. I wouldn’t recommend it.
