The lake view from our table was lovely, and the room felt comfortable since it wasn't too warm. The receptionist welcomed me straight away and was very kind. I started with tartare, then had a tender, juicy beef tenderloin. A polite young man looked after me, spoke excellent English, and handled the wine service really well. I was impressed by the food and would gladly return to Seemöwe in Güttingen. It seems like a great restaurant for families too. 10/10

Such a cozy, lovely restaurant, and everything tasted like it had been made with care. The buffalo burger came from a nearby organic farm, and the food felt genuinely local. Service was lovely too. I'd happily come back anytime.

We had a great restaurant on site and really enjoyed our weekend away. The staff were helpful and friendly from check-in through dinner, and our room was spacious with all the amenities working properly. Some rooms are a little dated, though renovations are underway. They’re also building a spa and wellness area, which was expected to be finished in Q3/Q4 of 2025. Rooms overlooking Lake Constance have lovely views of the surrounding landscape and are within walking distance of the lake. Those facing the main road may be noisier. We’ll be back sometime.

The food was good, and there wasn’t a fixed menu. They talked us through a few dishes they could make, which was a nice touch. They even prepared mashed potatoes with grated cheese from St. Gallen especially for my 9 year old, and he loved them so much he still talks about it. The staff worked hard and were very nice. Lake Konstanz was close by, and we could see it from our balcony.

They only had body milk, no champagne or body bath. The staff didn’t speak English and weren’t hospitable at all. The restaurant is supposed to be open until 11pm, but they threw us out at 10pm because we were staying there. What a shame.
