The staff are friendly and great, and parking is plentiful. Rooms are very clean, spacious, and have everything you need. Breakfast is made to order, delicious, and most importantly, fresh. The location is very good. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

We loved staying here. The owner was friendly, and everyone was so kind with our kid. The food was really good too.

If you like venison, this is the place to eat. The venison is hunted locally rather than imported, and the staff are friendly, professional, and courteous with all customers. Portions aren't huge, but you can get seconds if you'd like more.

We had a great time here and highly recommend staying. The family-run place has spotless, spacious rooms, an award-winning menu, and a lovely outdoor dining area. The hosts were attentive, caring, quick to help, and easy to approach. It's well placed for a driving stop between northern and southern destinations, such as Germany and Italy, and comfortable enough to stay more than one night. A lovely stay in the heart of Lucerne's Wild West, also known as Entlebuch.
