The station, Coop supermarket and factory outlet are all close by, and the panoramic windows gave us a nice view. We stayed as a family of four in the junior suite. The breakfast was simple but good enough, and we especially loved being able to get coffee, chocolate or tea from the drink station all day, which was great in winter. There was a drainage problem on our first day, but the team replied to our emails promptly and fixed it the next day. The room could have been cleaner, though: there was a used water bottle under the bed from the previous guest. We also found one pillow each too soft for our taste. Still, it was a good stay, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for no-frills accommodation in Landquart.

I was disappointed by the lack of staff around. There wasn't a microwave for heating food, either. When I went to the breakfast area at 6:30 am, nobody was there and all the food was locked away, so I could only get a cup of coffee. For the service provided, the room price felt a bit high.

We arrived at Landquart station early at dawn, which could have been frustrating, but finding this motel turned things around. Making a reservation by phone right away was easy. The room and shower were super clean, and we got a peaceful couple of hours of sleep before our next trip. The self-service breakfast was superb, too.

The rooms were cleaned very poorly, and dealing with customer service felt like talking to bots. Worst hotel customer service I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend it.

The beds are on the medium-firm side, very comfortable, and the bedding is great. The room is quiet and dark enough for a good night's sleep, and the lighting gives it a nice feel. It's 24 m², plenty of space for two, and the bathroom works perfectly. The mirror lets you see your whole reflection. Staff were very friendly, and check-out was simple. There's no reception, so you check yourself in. The parking arrangement is a bit unusual and confusing at first, though it's nearby and fine once you figure it out. I'd still prefer parking right in front of the hotel, which isn't possible. Housekeeping also tends to want to clean too early. We like to sleep in and leave around noon or 1 PM. I missed having a fridge, but I can recommend the hotel.
