We only stopped in for lunch, didn't stay overnight. The food was very good, the staff were friendly, and that panoramic city view was jawdropping. Wow, thanks so much for hosting us! 🤗

The view from our room was great, and both the room and bathroom were very clean. Cleanliness and service were our main concerns, and we were happy with both. On-site parking was a big help too. A fan or AC would have been nice, but everything was fine and I'd stay again.

We stayed at metropole Interlaken. The room was quite okay, but the breakfast was pathetic. The rice they served was horrible, so rubbery my toddler couldn't even eat it. The atmosphere wasn't very good either. I definitely wouldn't recommend it for a long stay.

The view you wake up to is breathtaking, since the hotel is the tallest building in Interlaken. The rooms are clean, the service is quick and excellent, and you clearly get good value for your money. But what stood out most was the staff. They were the nicest people we've met in Switzerland, always smiling and willing to help with any request, however ridiculous. Tima was the star. She greeted us with a smile every morning at breakfast and was always helpful. There were six of us friends, and we never agree on anything, but we all agreed Tima was the best. Tima, if you're reading this, thank you! We had an amazing stay.

Davis at reception was especially pleasant and helped make our honeymoon trip a great one. The hotel has amazing views and polite staff, and it's in the best spot, right in front of the famous garden. What an incredible experience!
