Right across from Interlaken West station, Hotel Merkur Interlaken made getting around so easy. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to return. Kristina deserves a special thank you. From our arrival on, she helped us feel comfortable and cared for, whether she was offering local recommendations, helping with our plans, or greeting us with a warm smile each day. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a big difference and turned a good stay into a memorable one. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Interlaken.

The breakfast buffet had a limited selection, but the food was good quality. When the weather allows, sit outside and take in the mountain view over breakfast. The hotel is very well located across from the train station, with good restaurants in town within walking distance and a bus stop just across the road. The rooms were neat and clean.

We had a great stay at Merkur hotel. The staff were all friendly and extremely helpful, and we could check in early at 11am. The location, right in front of Interlaken West train station, was very convenient. There’s a nearby migros supermarket for groceries and plenty of halal food close by. Breakfast was delicious, with a nice mountain view. I’d highly recommend it!

The scenery outside the window was pure magic. Waking up to that view each morning was unforgettable, and the cozy room and calm atmosphere made the stay so memorable.
