We only stopped for one night on the way to Grindelwald, but I’d happily stay longer next time. It was quite affordable, too. The outside has a rustic look, while the apartments inside are very modern and cozy. The kitchen was supplied with everything, even dishwasher tablets and dish soap, and the bathrooms were tidy and up to date. There was a TV in every room, including a smart TV. The one awkward part was carrying heavy suitcases up the flights of stairs to the second floor. The woman at reception was very friendly, and there was a bowl of chocolates on the counter when we visited at Christmas. She invited us to take as many as we liked. I don’t know if they have them all year.

The receptionist made us feel so welcome and was incredibly kind while helping us check in. She talked us through the local sights in detail, and we were given maps and brochures as well. It was probably my best hotel experience. You don’t always find that kind of warmth these days, and I promise you won’t regret staying here.

The reception service was amazing. She patiently went over the attractions around Interlaken with us. The hotel is only about five minutes from Interlaken West train station. Highly recommend.

The host was warm, welcoming, and had plenty of useful suggestions for local places and hidden spots. They really went out of their way to make us feel at home. Our room was spotless, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. Room service was quick and attentive, always delivered with a smile, and all the little details seemed taken care of. From arrival onward, everything felt just right, and the stay was peaceful and relaxing, exactly what we needed. We’ll definitely come back.

The apartment was a cozy place that we missed during the rest of our trip. Rooms were a good size, and the kitchen had utensils and dinnerware ready to use. The staff paid close attention and came up with great ideas for day trips and excursions. Swiss Inn apartments is well placed for Interlaken West station and most parts of the city. Great value, and the hosts made it even better.
