The curry soup amuse bouche was a lovely start to dinner, and everything was well seasoned and full of flavour. The staff were helpful and patient with our two kids. We enjoyed it so much that we came back for lunch the next day before driving home to Ticino. We’ll definitely return.

While we waited, the manageress and her staff brought us a little hot quiche as an amuse bouche. We then had a fantastic meal with a large side salad and rosti. Excellent food and service, thank you. Highly recommend.

The drive out from Interlaken was beautiful, through very picturesque countryside. We’d been visiting nearby and someone recommended the restaurant. I had the Bratwurst with onion sauce, which was delicious, and the food and service were excellent. The strong smell of cigarette smoke in the restaurant was the one thing I didn’t like.

The desserts were a lovely way to finish a meal of delicious local Swiss food. Service was wonderful, and I’d especially recommend the rosti and schnitzel.

After hiking at Oeschinensee, Kalbsgschnätzlets mit Rösti and an Apérol Spritz were just what I needed. The dinner was perfect, the garden is really cute, and everyone working there was lovely. I’d absolutely recommend it 🥰
