We had a wonderful weekend in this warm, tidy family hotel, with a fantastic host. It’s in the centre of Klosters, about a 10 minute walk from a ski lift and just a few minutes from Kinderland. There’s parking, and the ground-level ski room is super convenient, since you don’t have to go up and down to reach it. Rooms are simple but very nice. Only drawback was no radiator in the room to dry clothes.

Michaela is a lovely hostess with lots of regional knowledge to share. The upstairs common room is a nice spot for an afternoon drink or coffee and cake, with an honesty bar. They even washed our ski clothes in the evening, hung them to dry, and had them ready in the morning, such a bonus. Breakfast was great, and there’s a cute sauna house. It’s a perfect 3* hotel, with simple but clean, well-appointed rooms and walking distance to everything in Klosters Platz, the ski lift, and the cross-country ski tracks.

We were here for two nights for the Alpabzug in Klosters, and it was a delight. The spa and sauna were lovely, and the pond was a highlight for a cold plunge. Breakfast was delicious, with house-made and local products and delicacies. Michaela took great care of us, replied quickly by email, and made us feel very welcome. The location was handy for the train, downtown Klosters, and beautiful hiking trails. We’d absolutely recommend it and hope to visit again soon.

A cosy, great place with everything you need. It’s a quick walk to the services and train station, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent.
