The restaurant menu is on the small side, but what we tried was delicious, especially the dessert. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, and those views were breathtaking. The staff were among the friendliest I’ve ever met, warm and attentive throughout. Everything about our stay was outstanding. We’ll definitely be back next year.

The Italian food, prepared by Italian chefs, was fresh, tasty, and amazing. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and always happy to assist. The place has an incredible position in Luzern, with the best view terrase in swiss. My best restaurant experience ever. I highly recommend it.

We loved the hotel, including its delicious breakfasts, lovely spa, and beautifully designed rooms. The views from the windows were breathtaking in every direction, and dinner was excellent too. Staff were attentive and polite. It’s up on a mountain and a bit far from the city, so traveling by car is best. For us, that location was a real advantage because the surrounding nature is incredible. I really don’t understand the low rating.

Clean, cozy rooms and polite, helpful staff made a very good impression. The location was convenient, and breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety. Great value for money. I’d happily stay here again.👍

The SPA was relaxing, and the pizzas are really good, so I’d recommend trying them. The restaurant and rooms were both perfect, with lots of relaxation and a truly fascinating view of Lucerne. I’d gladly do it all again. Thanks, see you soon👋.
