We had a great time there. The manager was really nice, and our room was very comfortable with a brand new bathroom. There's a tennis court, and the lake and village center are an easy walk away.

The shared bathroom is cramped, which is the one drawback, though it wasn't a big deal. The hotel is pretty, the staff are very friendly, and there's even a small pool. Breakfast deserves a mention too, it was very nice.

The hostess was very kind, even though she spoke only a little English. Breakfast was good, with a small selection of bread and cheese. The lodge has the basic amenities and plenty of Swiss hospitality. The village is tiny and wonderfully serene, with the center just 50 meters from the guesthouse and a great 16th-17th century backdrop. It feels like time slows down there, and the place is relaxing. There's a fountain with fresh spring water coming down from the mountains, and I saw people drinking from it.

The place was beautiful, and the host was friendly and helpful. It's really close to both the lake and the old Town. I had a great time and loved the experience.
