Bad Ramsach Quellhotel

The mountains around the hotel are beautiful, and it's a lovely place to spend time and unwind. It's child-friendly too. The staff are super nice and always glad to help. We had a great stay, and I'd definitely recommend it.

The natural setting is exceptional, and the wellness area is excellent. The pool has a large basin filled with deep natural spring water. We also loved the rich, delicious breakfast and the restaurant, both with very high-quality products. What stood out most was how genuinely kind and cheerful the staff were. They seemed to really enjoy their work and care about guests, not just act polite because it's their job. Our short vacation here was truly enjoyable, and I honestly can't think of a real downside, unless it's that the pillows are a little too soft 😉. We'll happily recommend the hotel to friends and will definitely be back soon. Thank you!

We stopped by the restaurant for coffee and dessert. Three different staff members handled the menu, our order, and payment, which is usually fine when service is good and people are busy. The first woman disappeared afterward, perhaps because her shift had ended. The second service employee took ages to bring the bill, even after we reminded her twice. She was chatting with others while we waited nearly 10 minutes by the payment counter, and she never came over. A male employee noticed us waiting and kindly finished the payment. He was the only one who seemed professional and efficient, and who kept an eye on the customers.

After our walk up on the Jura, we had a great time. The food was delicious, and thank you for the upgrading.
