For a short business visit, this worked well, and I'd happily come back. I wouldn't choose it for a holiday or a stay longer than a few nights: the rooms are tiny, with almost nowhere to hang clothes and no wardrobe. It's a different setup from a standard hotel, so it's best to set expectations. The location is very central, with lots of bars and restaurants close by. Facilities were fine and breakfast adequate, though nighttime noise from people singing, shouting, and talking outside could bother light sleepers, especially with the window open. Check-in at the bar was quick, with no queue. They recognized my status and offered late checkout, plus a local transport pass and drink voucher. The room was compact but very clean, with quality bathroom fittings, a strong shower, and a large TV. There's heating but no air conditioning, though you can open the window. Check-in gets 5/5, the room and location 4/5 each, and overall I'd give it 4/5.

The room doesn't offer much storage, so I wouldn't want to stay long, but there are plenty of outlets, lights, and USB ports. I had a comfortable two-day business stay at Moxy Lausanne, with a decent-sized bathroom and no noise problems. Breakfast came with my rate and had a good range of choices. I also appreciated the welcome drink. The location suited me: restaurants were nearby for dinner, and I could walk from the station. Like at other Lausanne hotels, check-in came with free public transport, and the buses and metro were great for getting around. Nice place, and I'd return.

The rooms are on the small side, but the beds are comfortable. I loved the relaxed atmosphere and the very central location in a fun neighborhood. Everyone on staff was kind and helpful, always ready with a nice word. I'll be back.

Getting around Lausanne from here is easy. Check-in service was excellent, though the morning checkout felt a bit chilly. Maybe it was just the early hour. The rooms are typical Moxy, and the shower has plenty of very hot water.

The rooms are simple, comfortable, and quiet, and I had a really good stay. Most of the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, although a few came across as surly or officious. The gym is basically a janitor's closet, so don't bother. There's a proper gym four minutes away on foot, with day visits for 25 CHF.
