Hotel Regina

The friendly, helpful staff and the location were good points, and the breakfast was high quality, though the choices were limited. For a three-star hotel, it was quite good. The price is the problem for me. I booked closer to my travel date, but still paid a huge amount for a double room. I've stayed in five-star hotels for less, and this room and hotel weren't worth what I paid. At that rate, I can't say I'd come back.

The view from the window was so beautiful, and the hotel's on a small European street right in the city center. The people were super nice and the service was perfect. I felt at home there and fell in love with the place. I'll definitely stay again next time. Thanks so much!

I stayed here on a business trip and found it reasonable. The hotel's in central Lausanne, the staff are polite and well informed, and it's clean. The décor is a little dated. I wouldn't pay extra for the “historic view”, since rooftops and TV aerials partly block it.

The building feels a bit old-fashioned, though the furniture is new enough, and there's no air conditioning. Its strong point is the central location, close to lots of shops and metro stations.
