Getting around from this hotel was really convenient, and breakfast had plenty of good choices to start the day. The staff stood out most: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with whatever we needed. We'd gladly come back and would recommend it.

The staff were helpful, the location worked perfectly, and I slept very comfortably in a lovely room. The shower was great too. I'll be back!

Breakfast is a real highlight, and they even offer gluten-free choices. The hotel is right in the center of Lausanne, which made getting around easy, and I'd happily stay again. My reservations are about the carpets, which didn't seem very clean to me, and the street noise if you're given a lower-floor room.

We had such a good stay. The room was roomy and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was wonderful. Its convenient location was another plus. We'd definitely come back!

I keep choosing this hotel whenever I visit Lausanne. It's a cozy little place with just over 30 rooms, right in the city center and close to public transport. The staff greet everyone with a smile and are ready to help with whatever you need. Some rooms are on the small side, but they're nicely decorated, with huge, very comfortable beds. The bathrooms are modern and clean, and the rooms feel well equipped. Breakfast is decent rather than exciting, but there are all the basics for a good start to the day. There's no restaurant in the hotel, though plenty nearby.
