My baby and I have lived here for four months, and it's all been great. The building's residents are welcoming and friendly, and everything is clean and hygienic. I'd be happy to stay again if the monthly rent were a bit more favorable.

I absolutely wouldn't recommend this hotel. The room was dirty and hadn't been cleaned when we arrived, and the parquet flooring was damaged. The staff acted in bad faith, even remotely, and refused to compensate us despite the exorbitant amount we paid. For "basic necessities," there was a toaster, which was apparently essential, but no vegetable peeler or hairdryer. Their mistakes also meant I had to contact them using my international phone plan, which cost a fortune. Poor value for money.

The room wasn't very clean and had ants everywhere. Someone took clothes from the communal washing machine, and the company refused to take responsibility. For the quality of the room and service, it was very, very expensive.

They call it 24/7 service, but it was deplorable. We were left waiting through an entire weekend, with no reply from them for 48 hours.

We were very satisfied with our stay, but the room below ours had a party during the week we were there, and smoke from illicit substances drifted up into our room.
