The mountain panorama from Chetzeron is breathtaking, and the setting makes dining here feel special from the moment you arrive. The cuisine is refined, beautifully presented, and built around quality ingredients and alpine flavors. The dishes are elegant and creative without getting overcomplicated, though a few felt more restrained than I expected in such a spectacular spot. Service was attentive and professional, if a little formal. The atmosphere is calm and sophisticated, well suited to a long lunch or special occasion. The food is solid, and the view and ambiance are a big part of the appeal. Not flawless, but still a wonderful experience and well worth the trip.

The location is obviously great, and I really enjoyed the fondue. Our table service was good, but the welcome team was unfriendly. I also witnessed the manager having a major argument with a ski instructor who was there with a couple. Whoever was right or wrong, the manager was very loud, aggressive, and rude. At a place presented as a five-star hotel and restaurant, that isn't acceptable.

We were seven people at the restaurant yesterday, including someone with reduced mobility, and the food was delicious. We ate very well. Still, after spending CHF 700 on dinner, being charged CHF 50 for a car ride back up to the ski lift, with that person in our group, left us a little disappointed.

It used to be an amazing restaurant. Now it feels like all that's left is the view and the high prices 😅 The food came out cold, and the service was the worst I've ever had, slow and rude.
