The room was lovely, though small, and breakfast was nice in beautiful rooms. We couldn't use the sauna because it was only available from 4 to 6 p.m. and had to be booked ahead. Nobody explained that or suggested booking it.

The people are so friendly that the family-owned hotel feels like home. It's cozy, clean, and very nice, in beautiful Leukerbad. Entry to Leukerbad Therme is included with the stay, which is a great bonus. A perfect place to relax and explore this beautiful Swiss region. I highly recommend it!

This family-owned hotel is well placed right by the town hall and main bus station, with shops and restaurants around it. Leukerbad’s main and biggest termal baths are just steps away, and guests get free access. The staff are very nice, the rooms very clean, and the breakfast, though simple, is delicious, with locally sourced traditional products. Very happy with our stay!

The hotel's breakfast is simple and delicious, and I like that Swiss combination of simplicity and quality. The entrance to Leukerbad Burgerbad is included, and the friendly team makes you feel at home. It's a nice, centrally located hotel managed by the amazing Loretan family. Thank you for the wonderful 3 days in the spectacular village of Leukerbad and its surroundings. Recommended.

I first want to thank the local guide for the reviews, which are a good way for me to choose restaurants. From outside it looked quite ordinary, but inside it was super. The friendly, professional staff and good cooking crew made the biggest impression. The menu is quick and delicious. Check my photos for what I chose. The waiter can recommend good wine based dishes, and it's a very good place to go with kids.
