It’s easy to find, and the apartment has everything you need. Richard was quick to respond and very helpful with all our questions. I’d be happy to come back, it’s a perfect place to stay in Locarno. Thank you.

The flat looks like the pictures, but it felt very basic and not homely, with everything kept to a minimum. There were no bowls, coffee, or toaster, only one roll of toilet paper, and the beds were only partly made. The host ignored our requests for help and wasn’t helpful at all. We had no TV remote, so the TV was useless, and the shower drain didn’t work properly. Garbage bags sat piled up at the front entrance for more than two days. He did nothing, and we had to step over them whenever we went by. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Richard is a kind and thoughtful host, and this is still my favorite place to stay in Locarno, just steps from Piazza Grande. I’ve come back to apartment (M) twice in a year. The rooms are spacious, quiet, very clean, and have wooden floors, just as pictured. Highly recommended!

The owner is very friendly, and street parking is available just below. These lovely, well-kept apartments sit right on Piazza Grande, close to Locarno's attractions. Highly recommended if you want to stay near everything.

The place was clean and well equipped, and the owner was quick to be available when needed. Great location, too, with a very friendly owner and staff.
