We booked the night before we arrived. The staff were nice, and parking on site was good. Breakfast was decent, with breads and spreads, some eggs and meats, and cereal. The location works well, about 10 minutes by train to the town centre, though those tickets are expensive, so keep that in mind. Rooms have air conditioning, but the bathroom is tiny.

It’s a quiet spot a little outside Lucerne, and the short bus ride into town is easy. Free guest parking is a big plus. The room was lovely and clean, and the place has a quaint feel, with a modern elevator in the addition.

A good value for the price, with clean, decent rooms and a fairly good breakfast. The rooms smelled a bit, though. Seems like a good choice for a weekend or business trip if you have a car.

Our booking had already been paid in full, but the hotel cancelled it on the day we were due to arrive. Since it’s holiday season, we can’t find anything for a similar price and are still searching. It looks like we may have to drive more than two hours farther. This is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The breakfast was sparse but enough, and the room was clean with adequate equipment and good beds. There’s parking in the courtyard. Even though the hotel is on the street, it was fairly quiet. Everything else was satisfactory.
