The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms seemed newly renovated. We liked having a TV too. It was about three minutes from the train station and close to Chapel Bridge and several restaurants. We spent a couple of nights in Luzern and enjoyed our stay. I recommend the hotel.

The construction noise was the big issue. Work started around 7:20 in the morning and continued until 17:00, so sleeping in wasn’t possible. Without that noise, I’d have given it four stars. The breakfast buffet was good, the location excellent, and the staff friendly. The rooms were nice, if a bit small, and dogs are welcome.

The hotel felt new and modern, and the staff at check-in were warm and friendly. I found the location very convenient too, about a five-minute walk from the train station in my experience. I was woken early by extremely loud construction. Nobody had told me it was going on, and I wish they’d mentioned it beforehand or at check-in. I stayed one night and liked the hotel otherwise. I’d consider staying again if I visit Lucerne, provided the construction is finished by then.

The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated, though on the small side. The place has boutique hotel vibes as soon as you walk in. Reception staff were helpful with local suggestions and even got us a dinner reservation. Great location, close to the train station.

We spent four days in a Comfort room, which was stylish and comfortable. The staff were friendly, and the location was great for exploring the city. We had a minor issue in the room, but the staff and management sorted it out quickly. Great stay!
