It’s a nice, roomy service apartment with a kitchen for cooking your own meals. The street is quiet. It’s a little way from the train station, but the bus network makes getting around easy enough.

A good place to stay. The kitchen is nice, but the bathroom is small. The mattress is very soft, so you might get back pain.

It’s very functional, but we expected better facilities after the excellent accommodations in Stuttgart and Basel. This one felt like a letdown.

The rooms are roomy and have a kitchenette with the basic amenities. Staff are courteous, too. Migros is only 30 meters away, and Chapel Bridge is an easy 8-10 minute walk. From Lucerne station, it’s either a 5-8 minute ride on bus No. 10 or about a 10-12 minute walk. A comfortable, convenient option for staying in Lucerne.

I liked the location a lot, very convenient for walking to Chapel bridge and places nearby. The room is big, and the kitchen is partly equipped. There were a few stains, which were okay, but the floor felt quite sticky. Finding the right entrance was confusing when we arrived because it wasn’t clear which door belonged to them. We had to look for their mailbox and call the number there, then the lady came down and showed us to the apartment.
