Getting around was easy: the apartment is a block from the train, bus, and boats, and within walking distance of Luzern’s sights. It’s away from the station traffic, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment is part of Hotel Central Luzern, just across the street. We had a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment. It felt like visiting a friend’s place, with lovely decor, hardwood floors, and newly tiled bathrooms with new fixtures. It’s newly renovated, modern and clean, but still homey and comfortable. The staff were so kind and helpful with all our questions and needs. I’ll definitely come back and stay again.

The staff at Central hotel luzern were very helpful and always ready to assist. We booked the apartment through them and stayed three nights with two adults and two kids. It was spacious, modern, and centrally located, with the railway station a two-minute walk away. There were plenty of good restaurants nearby, plus a very large supermarket in the station.

The location is excellent, close to everything, and the apartment was clean with all the kitchenware we needed, plus an oven, kettle, microwave, and hot and cold bathroom water. These are self-catering apartments, not a hotel. There’s no parking on site, so you need to rent a space by the hour or day. There’s no air conditioning. If I open the window, I have to switch off all the lights to keep insects from getting into the apartment.
