The location worked perfectly for us, and the service was great. We appreciated getting a public transport ticket too. The room was practical and very clean, but far too hot, with no way to adjust the heat. Our storage door wouldn’t close all the way, so we woke up early, and the neighbors were noisy with their kids. The soundproofing definitely isn’t complete.

The staff were so friendly first thing in the morning, which made brunch even nicer. Prosecco was included in the buffet, and I especially loved the eggs Benedict and the amazing breads. Don’t miss the carrot and ginger shot. Delicious brunch, would love to come back soon :)

For years I thought this was the best brunch in town, with a big selection of breads at reasonable prices. But the brunch has changed over time. The bread selection has shrunk while prices have climbed. When I went back last month, the display had been cut down again. It’s become an ordinary brunch that just costs more.

Really good value. The lakefront location has a beautiful walking path all the way into downtown Lucerne, and it’s close to the Swiss Museum of Transport. The staff were very nice, and the rooms are simple but clean. Highly recommend!

We keep coming back, it’s always great. The staff are so helpful and friendly, they make you feel like family. Check out the backerzmorge, it’s the best brunch value in Luzern.
