It was easy to get around from here, with the railway station and bus services close by. My room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and there was a balcony.

The hotel sits a little above Lugano center and is easy to reach by car. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with private bathrooms. Some have a small balcony, which is lovely on lush summer evenings. There’s a terrace where you can order drinks and food, and the staff are friendly and professional. Breakfast was a complete buffet, with sweet and savory choices. I’d absolutely recommend it.

The location is good, but the hotel and rooms are really dated and could use renovation. The price seems a bit high for this kind of hotel, even by Swiss hotel standards.

The hotel is close to the lac, which was great, and we were happy with the breakfast. Our room was very simple, but good enough. We borrowed bikes from the hotel for free and really enjoyed using them to discover the city. It was also possible to play table tennis on the hotel terrace.
