The mountain view was nice, but this place only deserves two stars. There’s no internet upstairs, so you have to sit on the stairs to get online. There are very few outlets, and their shape isn’t compatible with many plugs. Some doors have broken keys, and the washing machine is down in the basement.

Getting around was easy from the apartment. The nearest bus stop is only 200 m away, and Migros and Lidl are within walking distance. The main drawback was the lack of air conditioning. In our group of seven, only one room had it, which caused a bit of a problem.

Belavista had a great view, and our stay was quiet and pleasant. The rooms are spacious and have what you need, plus there’s a balcony and free underground parking. We’d definitely come back. The rooms could use better soundproofing. The check-in system can fail sometimes and require assistance.

The apartment looked just like the photos, and it was modern, clean, well maintained, and in a very good location. The owner got in touch as soon as we booked with all the information, and was friendly, welcoming, and helpful right through checkout. I’ll book it again next time I’m in Lugano.

The owners were supportive and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed, including kitchen equipment, a kettle, strong Wi-Fi, and free private parking. A supermarket and a pharmacy were about a five-minute walk away.
