They even helped us get my wife's ear pods back after we left them behind. The hotel let us know they'd found them and arranged to send them to us quickly. This was our second stay, and we keep coming back because the place suits us so well. The staff are friendly and take a real interest in you. Our room was clean, comfortable, well insulated from noise, and the AC worked well. Breakfast is the standard Swiss sort.

Easy check-in, thanks to the friendly, helpful staff. The room was tidy, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel worked out perfectly for a short trip. I'd stay here again.

We'd stayed here once before, and this comfortable hotel made for another excellent stay. Even after we'd left, the staff were wonderful: we forgot my wife's EarPods, and they called to tell us they'd found them, then arranged to send them on. Couldn't ask for more.

The room was clean and okay, and free parking was a plus. It's right on the main road, though. The window doesn't open, so it got hot at night, and there was no AC. The TV didn't work either. Fine for one night.

Breakfast was a little better than what I've had at most hotels in Switzerland, and the room was quiet even though the hotel sits right by the highway. Rooms were clean, the staff fairly nice, and parking was free. It is expensive, really the only downside. I enjoyed my stay.
