We rented two bikes from the hotel, and they were in great condition for our 110km ride around Lake Neuchatel. After completing the circuit, we celebrated with beers at the charming hotel bar. The room and breakfast were great, too. It was an excellent base for our project.

The old town is lovely, and the location made it easy to reach everything on foot. We spent three nights here, and the hotel was cozy, with spacious, very clean rooms. Everyone on staff was friendly. I'd definitely recommend it and stay again.

The only thing that kept this from being a five for me was the strong cigarette smell in the downstairs hallway when we entered. Our room was spotless and didn't smell of smoke. We were given a two-storey apartment in the attic, which exceeded our expectations, and the room, staff, and hotel design were all positives. We arrived very late, but a polite, helpful staff member waited for us without knowing exactly when we'd arrive, let us in, and explained everything. Highly recommend, especially the room we had.

After a long day of cycling, it was lovely to spend the night in a comfortable room. The staff were friendly, and the location was excellent.

The staff are very friendly, and the double bed is comfortable. Our triple room was quite spacious and had a fridge. Parking at the hotel can be a little difficult if you have a large car.
