Irene made our stay especially lovely. She was so kind and had helpful ideas ready when we asked about plans for the day. The hotel is right in the city center, with the train station an easy walk away. We stayed six nights, the room was comfortable and cleaned each day, though the bathroom felt a little cramped. A real gem while traveling abroad.

I spent three nights here for skiing, and the room was so cramped I could barely move or open the window. I eventually skipped dinner and got a kebab instead, which was much better. The bill also had just one card for two people. The price suggests at least a four-star place, but this felt more like a B&B, and I’m sorry to B&Bs. It deserved the one star I had to give it.

The move went smoothly from beginning to end, and they kept me informed as things progressed. I’d been anxious about crossing state lines, but their professional handling made the long-distance move much easier. Everything arrived safely and on time, which was a huge relief.

Irene really went out of her way when I needed help, and I’d strongly recommend this hotel. It’s also very convenient if you’re heading to ski 4 vallee.

Room was nicely updated, but there’s a lot of traffic noise if you’re facing the street. In room 110 the wifi was practically nonexistent.
