We felt welcome from the moment we arrived, with a drink and a handwritten note in the room welcoming us to Martigny. The staff were fabulous and accommodating, and parking right by the entrance was handy. Our room was comfortable and luxurious, with lovely views. Those little touches made the stay, and we highly recommend it.

The price makes this a really good value, especially for such attractive rooms with plenty of space, smart layouts, and wonderful bedding and pillows. Everything seemed exceptionally clean and thoughtfully designed. I suspect their unusual setup, where each hotel also works as a hotel management school, may be part of how they deliver such a high standard at a reasonable price.

I was surprised that a hotel connected with a "multi cultural" school couldn’t accommodate such a simple request. Management was dismissive when we asked for a place to pray, even after explaining that we were paying guests coming to dine in the lounge. It was something important to our faith.

Our other accommodation fell through, and this hotel saved the night. We called late and they still had a room, then the night officer let us in about 30 minutes later and made check-in very friendly. The rooms are lovely and well equipped, the staff were super friendly, and they welcome dogs, which was perfect for us. I recommend it.

Martigny is a lovely, scenic place, and I’d happily stay here again. The reception was wonderful, and the room had a great setup, including chocolates and personalized cards with the guest’s name. The atmosphere was lovely too.
