I feel like I lost €250. I paid for a stay that I never received, but the hotel kept the full amount and refused to refund me. I had to cancel on May 10th, with plenty of time, I thought, for them to book someone else for May 27-20. I strongly advise against staying here.

We had a really good stay in the spacious apartment, which was just right for four people. It had an equipped kitchen and three balconies. The one thing I'd change is the shower curtain. A longer one would help stop water from flooding the bathroom. Thanks for having us, and for the very nice service and clear instructions. Apart from that, fully recommended ☺️

They gave us a free bus pass, and getting into Interlaken or up the valleys was easy with the good transport links. The apartment was lovely, and its location is handy, not far from the center. Thanks for a great stay, I'd recommend it.

We had a very pleasant stay and I'd definitely recommend the hotel to my friends. It's about a 15-minute walk from the train station, and the price was reasonable. The decor was nice, and the service was friendly.
