The views and location were amazing, but the rest of our experience was disappointing. We were a group of 22, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel for an Indian group. The Indian food and tea were poor, and our concerns about the meals weren't properly addressed. Pooja was polite and soft-spoken, but couldn't effectively resolve or pass along our food requests. At breakfast, we felt Indian guests were treated differently from guests of other nationalities. Separate arrangements were made for us, with noticeably fewer options. Our group had no fruit or boiled eggs, and we weren't allowed to eat with guests of other nationalities. We were also charged 4 Swiss francs per cup when we asked for coffee around 11:00 a.m. Given the service, that was disappointing. It felt as if the hotel was relying on its excellent location instead of offering good hospitality. The views were lovely, but the service and meals left us very dissatisfied.

What a wonderful boutique hotel. Our room had a balcony with views of the Alps, and the staff greeted us with lovely smiles every time. Thanks for making the trip so enjoyable. I'd strongly recommend it if you're in Switzerland near Bern.

The scenery is lovely, and the location is excellent and very quiet. The hotel team really made the stay, though. Everyone was fantastic and helpful, with great service. Thanks to all of them.

The views, activities and breakfast were all lovely. Nikil and his colleagues treated us with such kindness and made our stay worthwhile. We'll definitely come back.

We came as a group of 22 and didn't get good service. The people working at the motel weren't very friendly, and it felt like we were treated badly because we were in a group. The food was very bad. I wouldn't recommend this place to any Indian group.
