It was snowing hard and windy during our stay, so it was especially nice to have such a cozy place to sit indoors. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

We stayed at hotel Distelboden and had a great time. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. It’s a family-friendly place beside the chairlift and near the lake. They can pick up your luggage for just 3.- CHF. I’d definitely recommend it to someone visiting Melchsee-Frutt.

The location was great, and the bread was good, but I wasn’t impressed by the food. The fries were more like mashed potatoes, while the gulasch tasted more like bad tomato soup.

A really nice stay, with warm hospitality and lovely surroundings. I hadn’t expected a bunk bed in the bedroom, but the room was clean and well...

There are walking trails for people of all ages, and the food served was exceptional. The people and atmosphere were wonderful too.
