The service was perfect and very friendly. Brunch started with something like a regular breakfast, then moved on to a range of salads and a hot buffet. Nearly two hours later, they brought out a delicious dessert buffet. It was absolutely amazing.

Our welcome at reception was really warm, and the room was simple but clean. We had an amazing view and ate very well at the pizzeria. Would visit again!

For the price, it’s okay, especially considering it’s a Swiss resort, and they seem to accept that. The hotel is very basic but clean; the bar was completely dead, and breakfast was very basic but acceptable.

The view and dessert were worth two stars. Everything else was poor: the meat was overdone, our order came incomplete, and water was added to the bill. If we had time, we’d try to find somewhere else.

It felt too touristy and wasn’t good :( The service was okay, but the food wasn’t.
