We had plenty of ways to explore the area, and getting around was easy by car or public transport. There’s a boat stop on the lake close to the house. The place sits above Lake Thunersee, with a magnificent view of the water and the hills around it, including Niesen with its famous cogwheel train and Stockhorn, which also has a cable car. The owner was nice and very helpful. We also received a "PanoramaCard Thunersee" card with the accommodation, plus lots of discounts at the local information center.

We felt right at home in this cozy, authentic chalet, and our stay was extremely comfortable. The mountain and lake views were magnificent. The owners had thought of so many little details. Thank you for being so hospitable!
