We paid 15 CHF per night at Villa Belforte for parking advertised as private, but the space was an extremely tight corner, barely big enough for a standard car. While our vehicle was parked there, another guest caused severe damage to it. The hotel showed no concern or sense of responsibility when we reported what happened, and refused any compensation, even a refund of the parking fee. Their response was cold and dismissive, despite our paying extra for safe parking on the property. We left with expensive damage and no support. The so-called private parking felt unsafe and poorly designed, with no accountability, and the customer service was terrible. They showed total disregard for guests' property and failed to take responsibility. We will never stay there again and strongly advise others to think twice before booking, especially if travelling by car. It wasn't worth the headache.

We liked the spacious rooms, the perfect location, and the nice view from every room. The place was good overall, and we'd recommend it. A few things could be better: the shower room design was a bit funny, and the window shade in the room beside the dining and living area was broken. We arrived at 1450H and got the key around 1515H. We knew we were a little early, but expected cleaning to be done before check-in, given that check-out is at 1000H. Still, we did like the place. 💛🌟

Parking was okay, and the location was almost perfect, very close to the town center but quiet. For the price, it's really good value. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, and the kitchen was small but nice, with what you need to make food and a hot drink. It's not the best, but good enough!

Okay. There was just one blanket for two people, and I only got the check-in code after contacting the phone number in the confirmation email.
