A small patio, bathroom and kitchen come with this affordable studio, which is just one room and very close to the lake. The furnishings are a bit dated, but everything you need is there, and dogs are welcome. You can use the sun loungers for free. Minusio train station is just around the corner, so getting here without a car is easy.

The location is central and the landlord is friendly, though the place is a little small.
