Hearing people in the other rooms was pretty easy, so the sound insulation could be better. The train station itself didn’t bother me. On the plus side, the owner was very kind, and the breakfast had a very good choice of breads, fruit and drinks. The hotel is right by the station, which makes getting to other towns easy, and there are lots of parking spaces too. I really appreciated having a kettle in the room, and the Wi-Fi worked well.

This little vintage hotel is cute, and the charming couple who run it make it feel welcoming. It’s great value for money and especially well placed for different outings, including go-karting, golf, a visit to Estavayer, and even a naughty club 😉.

The location is superb, with the train station right next door, so you can get around without a car. The owner is very friendly, and the hotel has charm. Our room was beautiful and breakfast was generous. We’ll be back.
