The spa looked modern, clean, and inviting, and the whole hotel was well maintained while still holding on to its charm. It has loads of character, is in a great spot, and the service was outstanding. Everyone was kind and attentive from the welcome onward. Even the little details, like the soft night lighting in the bathroom, stood out. I had an amazing stay at the Fairmont Palace in Montreux. My Signature Room was spacious, with several balconies and an incredible view. It had so much character, culture, and creativity, and I really loved the beautifully detailed walls. One of my absolute favourite hotels. I was really, really happy with my stay and can totally recommend it.

The dinner and breakfast were both really tasty, and every staff member was kind and happy to help with anything. Our room was spacious, freshly refurbished, and very comfortable. The small balcony and lake view were perfect additions. Thank you, Montreux Palace. It’s one of our favourite hotels.

The spa and treatment were the icing on the cake for our New Year’s Day stay, which we’d planned after enjoying a fantastic Sunday brunch at the Palace a few months earlier. The brunch was amazing, our room was gorgeous, and the staff were kind, friendly, and genuinely attentive. It was the best one-night getaway I’ve ever had. I’ve known Funky Claude's Bar for years, from back when it was Harry's Bar, and it was usually my go-to when I worked in Montreux. I knew the Palace too, but only from company events there. We went back to the bar for a drink and small snack that evening, and it was just as lovely as I remembered. Our server, Victoria, was so friendly, attentive, and caring that she made the visit special. The bar has always been one of my favourites, but thanks to Victoria I’ll want to come back much more often. Thanks to everyone for making it so memorable and fun!

The hotel’s historic character gives it a lot of charm and made our stay feel luxurious and memorable. It was beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and elegant, with stunning views of Lake Geneva and easy access to the surrounding area. There’s a great selection of restaurants and all the amenities we expected. Breakfast was a highlight, with an extensive menu and plenty of high-quality choices. The staff were consistently courteous, professional, and attentive.

We could walk almost everywhere from the Fairmont, which is handy for the bus stops, train station, and Montreux Noel nearby. When we visit Montreux again, this will be our first choice. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! We were a family of four, with children aged 5 and 7, visiting Montreux for the first time to see the Christmas Market. The welcome and service were amazing, and the amenities were great. They surprised us with welcome gifts for both our little girls and one for us too. Our room was gorgeous, with an incredible view of Lake Geneva, and breakfast was outstanding with very attentive service.
